Hcg Diet Plan

If you do not know it, the HCG diets  , very famous in several countries, is a plan that proposes the consumption of 500 calories per day, along with drops or injections of the hormone HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin Hormone). Research has led to the conclusion that this hormone accelerates metabolism and helps to lose weight.

Just as the HCG Diet helps to lose weight to those who perform it, it can also have side effects, so if you are thinking about doing it we recommend that you first visit your doctor.

What you can do is to implement the following HCG Diet recipes to eat lighter and start to lose weight.

  1. Lobster Salad Recipe


  • 100 grams of lobster tail diced
  • Celery or steamed fennel bulb slices
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • A pinch of chopped green onion
  • A pinch of tarragon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Stevia at ease


  • Mix lobster with liquid ingredients and spices and serve with a salad of arugula or green leaves.
  • If you are in Phase 3, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream.
